stressful day? go away!!!

oppsss...that wrinkle on your face...don't make them invade your unblemished face...crossed eyebrows? people might mistake you as a crossed eyed monster..sick, tired, and heavy head...don't let stress cause all this things to something about it come on!!

Breathe. Inhale deeply, then exhale slowly, Do this ten times, counting five each it releases negative vibes in your body.

Find a quiet place when you are feeling overwhelmed. Pray and talk to God. Or you can just stay in your room, stay in front of the mirror, comb your hair gently, and feel the brisk running through each strands of your hair. It relaxes the nerves.

Relax in bed. Take a bath, play soft music, and lay down in bed. Read a book and clear your mind of all the stress and rush of the day.

Draw a warm bath, light candles around your tub, dim the lights, add bubbles, lavender, and chamomile that added the relaxing effect and soothe your mind and body.

Curl up on your couch with a blanket, and a good book, maybe even a cup of tea or cocoa.

Go to your local spa for a great massage. Treat yourself; enjoy life by pampering your body.

Do the activities or hobbies that relax you. Do the things that keep your mind away from the things that stress you out. Go fishing, singing, painting, and cooking, swimming or even blogging.

Spend time with your pet. Play and cuddle with your pet. Have a walk with them, they can help you forget stress and at the same time you give them treat/favor in return. Sure they're missing you.

Go for a walk. Take a walk to the park or near the beach. The ambiance and the calming sound of the water surely soothe you. Wait for the sunset and spend time watching the birds flying around.

Smile and laugh They say laughter is the best medicine. Rent a comedy film, go for a movie marathon, and laugh out load.

Try this and surely the stress that knocks you out will be gone. A stress free day to everyone!!!

My ways to destress? Kung mild lang, long bath, massage, read, shop, sleep! Kung major na, travel! he! he! but I really rarely get that stressed, so ok lang.
